1.1. The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) apply to all sales of products offered on the Bill Yadi www.billyadi.com online store website. - Products
2.1. The products offered for sale on the Site are handcrafted items, handmade by the Bill Yadi team and its collaborating artisans. Each product is unique and may present minor variations in terms of color, texture or dimensions, which is part of their artisanal character. - Orders
3.1. Customers may place orders on the Site by following the order process indicated. All orders are subject to acceptance by Bill Yadi.
3.2. Bill Yadi reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of unavailability of products, payment problems or for any other legitimate reason. - Prices and payment
4.1. Product prices are indicated in local currency on the Site and are subject to change at any time without notice.
4.2. Payment is made online at the time of ordering. Accepted payment methods are : TBD. - Delivery
5.1. Delivery charges are payable by the customer and are indicated during the order process.
5.2. Delivery times are given as an indication and may vary according to destination and logistical conditions. Bill Yadi will do its utmost to meet delivery deadlines, but cannot be held responsible for delays beyond its control. - Right of withdrawal
6.1. In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a period of 10 days from receipt of the products to exercise his right of retraction and return the products to Bill Yadi for reimbursement or exchange, provided that the returned products are in perfect condition and in their original packaging. - Warranty
7.1. Bill Yadi guarantees that the products sold on the Site conform to the specifications indicated and undertakes to replace or refund any defective product as soon as possible. - Intellectual property rights
8.1. All intellectual property rights relating to the products, including copyrights, trademarks and designs, are the property of Bill Yadi. - Disputes
9.1. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall endeavor to settle their differences amicably. Failing this, the competent courts will be those of the customer’s place of residence. - Modification of the GTC
10.1. Bill Yadi reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time. The new conditions will be applicable to all orders placed after their publication on the Site. By accepting these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the customer acknowledges having read, understood and accepted all the terms and conditions set out herein.
